Warranties & Repair
12 Months warranty. At BelgaWatch, we are committed to providing you with high-quality watches and excellent customer service. We are pleased to offer a 6-month warranty on all our timepieces, starting from the date of purchase.
1/ What Our Warranty Covers
Manufacturing Defects: The warranty covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal use. Movement Issues: If your watch stops working or has mechanical issues due to a manufacturing fault,
we will repair or replace it free of charge.
2/ What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
Normal Wear and Tear: This includes scratches, fading, or general aging of the watch. Accidental Damage: Any damage caused by impacts, water exposure beyond the watch’s water resistance rating, or misuse is not covered. Battery: Battery replacements are not covered under this warranty unless a battery defect is due to a manufacturing issue.
3/ Warranty Process
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at info@belgawatch.be with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. We will assess the claim and, if eligible, repair or replace your watch at no additional cost. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to us, while we will cover the return shipping after the repair or replacement.
4/ Important Notes
This warranty is valid only for watches purchased directly from BelgaWatch. Any repairs or modifications made by unauthorized third parties will void the warranty. For any further questions or to file a claim, please reach out to us at info@belgawatch.be.
